Vik Bapna is an award-winning civil engineer with 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of more than $200 million worth of civil engineering projects, ranging from single-lot developments to regional stormwater best management practice (BMP) projects with multiple stakeholders. His experience includes developing multi-benefit water quality enhancement projects, developing multiuse projects to infiltrate urban and stormwater runoff, designing structural treatment control BMPs, and developing project concepts. Vik was responsible for developing the first urban watershed plan that addressed flood protection, water quality enhancements, creation of open space and recreational opportunities, and habitat enhancements.
