CWE understands public agencies often do not have enough funds to implement the projects and programs their community needs and deserves.  We provide grant writing and grant management services to bridge those gaps and make projects a reality.

We bring creative ideas to help projects and programs stand out from other applications.  We advocate for your project.  Our knowledge of the geographic area and proven track record of engineering expertise for CIPs, water, aging infrastructure, modernization, housing and homelessness, environmental planning, and recreational facility/open space projects allows us to strategically demonstrate project needs.  We deliver planning, design, construction support, and post-project performance assessments for a variety of infrastructure projects, while also implementing project control systems to grant implementations a success.

We have prepared and submitted local, state, and federal grants, resulting in over $155,000,000 obtained to fund various types of stormwater and wastewater, potable water, housing, transportation, green street, pedestrian and bicyclist trails, city and park facilities, sustainability, fire risk management, and emergency preparedness and disaster response projects.
