CWE is developing design Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&Es) for construction of the John Anson Ford Park Infiltration Cistern Project that will captures urban runoff. John Anson Ford Park is located in the City of Bell Gardens and the project will helps the City and the Lower Los Angeles River Upper Reach 2 (LARUR2) Watershed Management Group (WMG) meet its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Multiple Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) Discharge requirements. The project is anticipated to provides compliance with existing Water Quality Objectives (WQOs) for the entire Rio Hondo watershed portion of the LARUR2 Watershed Management Area (WMA). Tasks included: a geotechnical field analysis, utility search, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, topographic mapping, preparation of design plans, construction specifications, and engineering cost estimates PS&Es, and construction engineering support.
