Tony McCreary

Tony S. McCreary, PE, Project Manager with CWE graduated from California State University, Chico in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Tony has over 12 years of experience as a civil designer for public and private projects.  His experience includes drafting, site design, utilities, grading, sanitation design, stormwater, water quality, and entitlements.  Over the past eight years, Tony has provided conceptual designs for multi-level assisted living and memory care facilities ranging from 89,000 square feet to 115,000 square feet in size, on properties ranging from 3 to 10 acres in size.  He has worked with design teams for these facilities to get projects entitled for major design review and obtaining building and grading permits.
