Shawn Somers

Shawn has practiced Civil Engineering since 2005 and has been involved in both Structural and Civil Site Design fields. He has collaborated on a wide range of commercial, industrial, education, religious, residential, and public projects. He has been a registered civil engineer in California since 2012. He has specialized in stormwater management and stormwater quality design including developing numerous Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Stormwater Control Plans, and Operations and Maintenance Agreements for stormwater controls in the Sacramento Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. Software experience includes AutoCad/Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Hydraflow.
He has specialized in project management for numerous projects in the northern California region ranging from less than an acre to over 60 acres with budgets from less than $1 million to over $25 million.
