Robert F. Eynck

Bob Eynck is CWE’s Director of Engineering for CWE’s Placer County location. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of RFE Engineering until its acquisition by CWE in 2022, and his wealth of experience has guided civil engineers, traffic engineers, and surveyors alike in project oversight, budget control, value engineering, and QA/QC. Bob has 36 years of experience in site development; new and retrofitted commercial, industrial, and church facilities; new and retrofitted educational and medical facilities; residential development, including multi-family homes; street and highway design; public infrastructure design with an emphasis on water and sanitary sewer conveyance systems; construction inspection and observations; SWPPP preparation; grading and drainage plans; and court mediation.
