CWE provided an ALTA survey for this project encompassing approximately 10 acres of land.  The project included construction of a $29 million, 115,484-square-foot memory care and assisted living facility along with 25 duet cottage units for senior living in Elk Grove.  After the design was approved, CWE provided construction staking until the project was completed in 2021.  The large project size and numerous exceptions made it more challenging to create the ALTA survey for this project than for similar projects; however, CWE’s survey technicians were able to provide a clear and concise product that met ALTA required standards.
