CWE is providing National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit Implementation Assistance services to the Mojave River Watershed Group (MRWG). Services we are providing include preparation of Annual Reports; developing a Program Effectiveness Assessment and Improvement Plan (PEAIP); preparing and implementing a Receiving Water Monitoring Program Plan and Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) for summer, fall, and spring monitoring with report preparation; performing a landscape code analysis; and developing an Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) Source Identification Procedures Manual. We are also developing a model stormwater ordinance and Low Impact Development (LID) ordinance; preparing budgets for fiscal years 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2015-16; providing comments on the Draft Phase II Permit; and managing public education and outreach services.
