Individuals with at least 3+ years of professional experience are encouraged to apply. This person will be responsible for assisting municipal, utility, industrial, and commercials clients with stormwater planning and compliance efforts associated with Phase I and II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permits, the Construction General Permit (CGP), and Industrial General Permit (IGP). The position’s primary duties are to interpret complex regulatory permits, assist clients with regulatory compliance, perform data analysis and transformations, prepare technical reports, conduct environmental compliance inspections and sampling, and complete high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
Individuals with at least 5+ years of professional experience are encouraged to apply. Individuals with 5+ years of professional experience, and 2+ years in public infrastructure design, are encouraged to apply. Prepare project concepts through final design plans and quantities for PS&E bid packages. Solve design problems using engineering calculations and following general design standards. Prepare engineering reports related to civil site improvements, storm drainage, water quality, water distribution and transmission systems, pumping systems, pipe lines, utilities, streets and roadways, bikeways, sanitary sewer collection systems, and water and wastewater facilities. Prepare project drawings/designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to establish horizontal and vertical alignments, profiles, cross sections, and perform earthwork calculations. Serve on project teams under the supervision of CWE Project Managers. Complete assignments on time and within budget and achieve firm’s quality objectives. Interact with municipal and private clients. Interact with multi-discipline and multi-office teams.
