William Jessup University Surveying

CWE has been involved with the planning, civil design, surveying, and construction staking for projects on the William Jessup University campus since 2011.  Specific surveying projects at William Jessup have included: a tentative parcel map in 2013 which was turned into a final parcel map recorded in 2014, an American Land Title Association (ALTA) Land Title Survey for the entire 118-acre William Jessup property in 2015, another parcel map to split the property into seven unique lots in 2016; a boundary line adjustment; a water easement dedicated to PCWA for new services to serve the campus; a sanitary sewer easement dedicated to SPMUD for an existing sewer line that encroached into the campus property; and most recently, construction staking for a new four-acre sports field that finished construction in 2021 at a cost of around $2 million.  Each of these projects completed for the university had to meet strict timeframes so construction could coincide with the University’s schedule, and each project’s budget had to be tightly maintained to fit within the University’s funding sources.
