Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plans

The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department is subject to the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act, adopted in 1990, which requires owners and operators of aboveground petroleum storage tanks to file a storage statement, pay a fee, and implement measures to prevent spills.

CWE assisted the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department to adhere to these strict regulations by preparing site-specific Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans for aboveground petroleum storage tanks at 11 remote sites.
